Drivers compete for the fastest time, completing the course without error wherever possible just like show jumping. If you knock a cone, you are given time faults. A good driving donkey can often beat ponies in this class at a horse show, as they can turn very quickly.
Obstacle Driving
This can be a really good class for a novice driving donkey as they enjoy it so much. It improves their steering and the driver’s confidence. It can be a very good way of getting a slow driving donkey to accelerate with joy.
